2022 Drainage

Before any paving project, we survey the roadways for drainage concerns and make necessary corrections needed to ensure positive drainage.  Storm water drainage is a key component to the design, function, and longevity of the roadway pavement.  One large drainage improvement we recently made occurred this past Summer of 2022 in the Lake Park Estates Subdivision.  We replaced a large 47” x 71” corrugated metal arch pipe under Martin Drive with a robust 3’ x 6’ concrete box culvert, headwalls, and materials to improve storm water quality.
