“A strong storm system will impact the middle of the country during midweek and spread rain into the region from Wednesday through Thursday. Heavy rainfall is likely, and the potential for severe storms exists as well. There is some lingering uncertainty in the track of the low pressure system, which will play a significant implication in what areas see the highest rainfall totals and most substantial impacts from strong to severe thunderstorms.”
