2022 Paving
The 2022 paving project is scheduled for the Lake Park Estates Subdivision. Earlier this year, we trimmed all the parkway trees for roadway clearance and removed any dead or diseased trees. Next, we surveyed the roadways for drainage concerns and made corrections needed to ensure positive drainage. Additionally, we removed and replaced an old 47” x 71” corrugated metal pipe with a 3’ x 6’ concrete box culvert and made some minor creek improvements. We then installed new high intensity prismatic traffic signs to provide better retro-reflectivity of sight. Finally, we milled the roadways 2”, inspected, patched, primed, and resurfaced with 2” of asphalt surface course.
